A passionate counsellor who believes in helping people associated with her to 'get better' and not just 'feel better'.
I am an extremely deep listener and understand the importance of non judgmental listening. As a counselor, I aim to help my clients 'get better' and not just 'feel better' which means I do not provide just solutions but also a lifelong ability to cope up with the problem through one's own reflection and problem solving skills. I want to push for mental health to become a legitimate health priority in the lives of people and for them to use this access to mental healthcare without any inhibitions. My belief is that maintaining mental wellbeing or seeking treatment should be as normal as taking a vaccine to prevent a disease and taking flu medication for a flu.
