I am a Mental Health Professional that will help you in improving your Psychological and Emotional Well Being by addressing your mental health concerns as well as adjusting issues
I have a Post Graduate Degree in Clinical Psychology . As a part of my course, I have been trained in Testing and assessment as well as Psychotherapy. Having worked with various individuals of all ages, at various settings like hospitals, schools, NGOs and private centers, over time I’ve developed good knowledge as well as have a deep understanding about the know-how of this field. During the course of Psychotherapy , I will help you to develop an understanding which will help you in making sense of why you feel the way you do, facilitate you to become more self-aware and insightful of your patterns in the light of past and present that will help you make healthier choices, help you learn to think in a way that is more helpful for your mental well being. Overall the aim is to make clients self-reliant, both emotionally and psychologically so that they are better able to face difficult situations themselves. I firmly believe that people rarely realize how rare and valuable each one of us really is, that each of us has something that no one else has- or ever will have- something inside that is unique to all time. As a psychologist, I feel that it is my job to encourage each individual to discover that uniqueness and to provide ways of developing its expression. I strongly believe that the energy to transform ourselves lie within us, and once we begin to seek it, there are only positive transformations against our distressed selves.
