Overview
Hi, I am Nachammai, a speech language pathologist with dominant experience in teletherapy. I am involved in tele-mode of rehabilitation with pediatric population of various developmental disorders such as developmental delay, Autism, Social Communication Disorders , Fluency disorder and Childhoods Apraxia of Speech. My heart lies in adult communication and swallowing disorders as well. Additionally, I have had immense satisfaction when children move from special school to mainstreamed school with intervention, the parents’s feedback on the child’s progress and change in communication environment. The situation where children find friendship and improve peer interaction is profoundly satisfying. Expression of own thought is important part of daily activities, and therefore helping and providing needful guidance to parents and children is a necessity skill for a SLP.
