Myself Mrs.rajani. I have a bachelor degree in Audiology and speech language pathology followed by 9 years of experience. I have been delivering services in the areas of child development, disordered and delayed speech and language development. I also provide assessments and appropriate intervention for adult language and speech disorders. I’m expertise in the areas of social communication, speech, receptive and expressive language development, learning and cognitive abilities and play skills. I prefer multi-disciplinary approach that address a number of different areas and will help to establish goals and plan an individualized communication program. I involve in individual therapy and also work in small groups as well. I also educate care takers on effective communication strategies in everyday situations, and incorporate predictable routines and motivating activities that help with the generalization of skills. Also passionate to design activities that encourage increase of words and improve communication skills. My profession challenges me to use my intellect in combination with my humanity to do meaningful work that feeds my soul. I am proud to be a professional, who strive to train individuals to communicate their thoughts. Communication is necessary to properly convey one’s thoughts and feelings to the other person. Verbal communication is essential in order to understand what is going on inside other people. If one does not tell us their thoughts, their feelings, and their experiences, we are left to guess. Therefore, communication is one of the most important skills one requires for a successful life.
