I am a Marriage and Family therapist having completed my Master's from The University of Akron (Ohio). I have experience working with over 90 individuals, couples, and families. While in the US, I worked with clients from a versatile background and varied diagnosis like mild to severe depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, to name a few. I believe that any individual/couple/family can benefit from therapy. In my eyes, therapy is a medium through which clients achieve a better version of themselves. It is my aim as a therapist to act as a bridge and help my clients achieve their personal goals. My theoretical orientation: Gottman Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy
Support individuals and families cope with issues related to the physiological aspects of the aging process (impairments in hearing, vision, mobility etc)
Prepare individuals for the changes involved in adjustment to retirement, chronic illness and end of life
Support for dealing with changes in cognitive functioning (loss of memory, changes in thinking, depression etc)
Prepare for the empty nest syndrome (children leave home and the parents have to fend for themselves)
