I am a Marriage and Family therapist having completed my Master's from The University of Akron (Ohio). I have experience working with over 90 individuals, couples, and families. While in the US, I worked with clients from a versatile background and varied diagnosis like mild to severe depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, to name a few. I believe that any individual/couple/family can benefit from therapy. In my eyes, therapy is a medium through which clients achieve a better version of themselves. It is my aim as a therapist to act as a bridge and help my clients achieve their personal goals. My theoretical orientation: Gottman Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy
